Trucker from Silent Hill V

This one was originally a concept for a very minor character. A hunter that you help in the woods who ends up dieing. That level got cut from the game but they wanted to reuse the model for the trucker. Many people accused me of making this character look the way he is because I am gay and like men that look this way. Just to clarify this, I am "out" 100% at work and my coworkers knew me well. Our entire character art team were drawing concepts and modeling the characters. They wanted me to do the concept for this character because in the description he is described as looking like this. I just followed the description. Of course I had a great time making the model. I had zero control over the descriptions of the character or any way to approve anything. I was the lead character artist but it was more of a management and scheduling role than an Art Direction type job. So if you hated the artwork in the game you can blame me all you want but I had little to do with the direction. Furthermore I actually loved working on this title and love the artwork created for it. We all did on the team.
